Limited storage options for luggage in the room, only the floor was available. Showerhead had some issues, making water management during the shower a bit tricky.

From skeptic to believer
The morning cake and coffee was a delightful touch,, making for a charming start to the day. The serene garden and pool area provided a much-needed respite after our adventures too!
Parking was a bit tricky,, as we had to rely on the staff to find us a spot off-site. Limited activities nearby might make it less appealing for some travelers.

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby ruins and cenotes! The spacious rooms were perfect for our group, and the location made it easy to head to the site early. Coffee and pastries in the morning were a nice start. We loved the beautiful garden and pool area to unwind in after a long day.
Unfortunately, we did run into an issue with the hot water in the morning. It was cold when we wanted to shower before heading out, which was a bit disappointing.

The location offered easy access to nearby ruins and included a delightful breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee. The pool area provided a refreshing escape after a long day exploring, and the gardens added a touch of tranquility. However, the limited storage in the room made unpacking a challenge, and occasional issues with water pressure during showers were noticeable. Additionally, while parking was available, finding suitable spots could be frustrating.

The king size bedroom had a big bed and clean sheets, which was nice. The AC worked well, keeping the room cool, but honestly, that’s where the good stuff ended. It felt kind of plain and lacked any decent amenities. I expected more comfort for the price we paid. Not a total disaster, but definitely wasn't wowed by it.
